Pamela Camassa was born in Prato, graduated in accounting at ITC Dagomari and is a supporter of Fiorentina.
In 2000 he participated to the film Via del Corso Adolfo Lippi, where he played the role of a protagonist, along with Laura Chiatti and Ilaria Spada. In the summer of 2002, she won the title of "Miss World Italy" getting the chance to represent Italy in Miss World 2002, but will waive as a sign of protest toward the treatment of women in the host country, Nigeria.

In the winter of 2013 was co-host of the sixth edition of The best years on Rai 1, while in the summer of 2014 is in the cast of the comic program-sports Maxinho do Brazil on Rai Sport 1.
In the autumn of 2019 participating (with her historic boyfriend Filippo Bisciglia), and won the first edition of Friends, Celebrities, the program is based on a format of Friends with VIP people, broadcast on Canale 5.
